António Gonçalves is the Founder and CEO of OnCamp. Born in Madeira, Portugal, his background as a soccer player and sports professional inspired him to create OnCamp with a clear mission: to offer young athletes the opportunity to combine international exposure with a high-performance environment — fostering their growth both on and off the field.
António is a UEFA-certified coach and will be present 24/7 throughout the program, ensuring every participant receives guidance, support, and an exceptional experience.


// College Soccer Expert
Josh Horne is originally from England and came to the U.S. to play and study at college. He was part of the 2016 NAIA National Championship team at Hastings College.
Josh graduated with a degree in Exercise Science & Kinesiology before moving into coaching. His career began as a graduate assistant with an NCAA Division II program before becoming a Division II head coach at Barton College, along with coaching semi-professionally in the NPSL for Greenville United — where he went undefeated in his one and only season. His most recent role was as an assistant coach at a top-25 NCAA Division I program, UNCG.
Josh is currently involved with one of the county’s largest club organizations, North Carolina FC, and also runs his own venture helping high school student-athletes understand the landscape and demands of competing at the college level — and how to improve their chances of getting there.

Fracisco Martins is the OnCamp Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Born and raised in Lisbon, Francisco is a strength and conditioning coach with years of experience working alongside elite professional athletes — including Rúben Dias and Rafael Leão. He brings a scientific yet practical approach to physical development, designing sessions that go beyond the gym to build stronger, more resilient players who understand their own potential.
Driven by a deep interest in the physical demands of football and a lifelong passion for strength training, Francisco takes a long-term, holistic approach to athlete development. He is dedicated to guiding young players through every stage of their growth, ensuring sustainable progress and lasting confidence.
At OnCamp, Francisco is dedicated to helping every athlete develop the strength, confidence, and mindset to perform at their highest level.

Jorge Paula is an Olympic athlete with a deep passion for sports, movement, and human performance. His journey in high-level competition shaped not only the athlete he became, but also the coach and professional he is today. Through years of training and dedication, he learned that excellence is not accidental — it is built through discipline, technical mastery, and a growth-driven mindset.
Today, Jorge applies his experience to guiding athletes and professionals who want to improve their speed, refine their running technique, and elevate their overall performance. His approach focuses on helping each individual develop a strong, efficient, and sustainable foundation, always tailored to their unique goals.
He believes that with commitment, the right attitude, and expert support, anyone can surpass their limits, break through barriers, and achieve their full potential. Jorge is dedicated to helping others unlock that journey.

Diogo Ferreira is the OnCamp Nutritionist.
Born and raised in Lisbon, Diogo is a sports nutritionist with sixteen years of experience working across high-performance sports, including Premier League players. Throughout his career, he has developed tailored nutrition programs that enhance performance, recovery, and long-term health.
He leads a team dedicated to delivering evidence-based, innovative nutritional support for athletes and clubs. His approach blends scientific rigor with practical application, turning nutrition into a powerful tool to unlock each athlete’s full potential — not just a diet plan.
At OnCamp, Diogo brings this same expertise and passion, helping young players build the habits, knowledge, and mindset they need to fuel success.

James Fee is one of the OnCamp Coaches.
James was born and raised in Fayetteville, TN. His commitment to the game carried him to the collegiate level at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where he competed while earning his degree, and later at the semi-professional level in USL League Two. These experiences shaped his understanding of the game and continue to influence his coaching philosophy today.
Now serving as the Head Coach of Wallace State Community College Men’s Soccer, James focuses on developing well-rounded players, preparing them technically, tactically, and mentally to succeed at the next level.
James will be joining the cohort and will be present 24/7 throughout the program, ensuring constant guidance, support, and mentorship for all participants.

Ethan Wilson, an OnCamp Coach from Nashville, TN, was a standout college athlete at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where he captained his team, earned multiple honors, and set program records. He now brings that leadership and experience to OnCamp, providing constant support and mentorship to all participants.
